To get the best results, it is best to have regular review appointments with doctor. This will ensure that your Clear Aligner treatment is going according to plan and will allow your dentist to make any minor amendments to your treatment plan of clear aligners.

If it left to their own devices, your teeth can move after this treatment is complete. To prevent this issue and to maintain your perfect smile, your dentist will advise you on the best type of retainer after treatment.  This is not required to be worn during the day.

Ideally, you should wear your Clear Aligners for 20-22 hours each day.  You can remove your aligners to eat and brush your teeth.  Each Clear Aligner needs to be worn about 12-14 days.  Your dentist will advise you for the length of each stage of aligner treatment.

Due to the micro thin nature of Clear Aligners, it usually only takes a few hours to adjust after wearing them.  Occasionally, it might take a little longer as well.  When you change to the next aligner, you will not see any noticeable difference, due to the minor adjustments of each stage of your Clear Aligner treatment plan.
